A 32-year-old Benton Harbor man has been arrested after allegedly firing a gun twice in the 300 block of S. Crystal in Benton Township on Friday afternoon.
According to township police, a witness observed a suspect wearing all black discharge the weapon. No people or properties were damaged, but a spent shell casing was discovered at the scene. After broadcasting a description of the suspect, Berrien County deputies located and arrested the suspect near Bridgman, where he was found in possession of a 9mm handgun.
The Suspect was lodged in the Berrien County Jail on several charges, including carrying a concealed weapon.
