John’s guest this week is Alicia Bessette. Alicia is a bit of a polymath: pianist, poet, journalist and now author of “cozy mysteries” set on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. They talk over her wide ranging life from a rural home in Massachusetts to the Outer Banks, and a writing career from filling a notebook with observations at age 8, to creating a world of murder in a near to life island off the coast of North Carolina.
