Judith Munson; With Respect 01/09/22

John’s guest this week is Judith Munson. She was involved in the planning for Emergency Events, first for the State of Illinois and later for the City of Prague in the Czech Republic. They talk over the wide range of events that might catch a country, state or city with a sudden and unexpected emergency. Such include pandemics, war, industrial disasters of major proportions.
This program was recorded previously, but has a message for our current life under the COVID cloud. What is the path to surviving such potentially catastrophic events?
