The Economic Club of Southwestern Michigan Speaker Series will present its next online speaker series event on Thursday, February 25. The topic will be Social Justice Advocacy — Moving from Words to Results, and the guest speakers will be Benton Harbor Area Schools teacher and coach Danny Jennings, LMC Start to Finish Program Director Charmae Sanders, and OutCenter Director Mary Jo Schnell. The event will take a local look at people and organizations doing the challenging work of driving individual, institutional, and cultural change in southwest Michigan, and the speakers will talk about how they were able to change words into action.
