  • The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department is working to clear up some public confusion regarding Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s executive orders due to COVID-19.
  • The number of COVID-19 cases in Michigan is higher by 638 as of Sunday afternoon to 51,142. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is reporting 11 new deaths for a total of 4,891 and recoveries statewide stand at 28,234.
  • A new panel of students, parents, teachers, public health officials, and school administrators will be formed by Governor Whitmer to formalize the process for determining how schools might be able to reopen this fall.
