If you’re on parole, it’s probably a good idea to keep your home free from illegal drugs. Two men in Cass County have learned that the hard way, as the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team arrested them in Dowagiac and Lagrange Township on Wednesday after finding meth in their homes during parole checks. There was enough meth found at the Dowagiac home in the 200 block of King Street to result in charges of possession with intent to distribute and maintaining a drug house against a 37-year-old man. In the Lagrange Township arrest, a 46-yer-old man is facing a charge for possession of meth. Their names have not been released, and both are in the Cass County Jail waiting to be arraigned.
