John’s guest this weekend is Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Bridget McCormack. When last she was on our show, Bridget was Co-Director of the University of Michigan’s Actual Innocence Clinic. Now 8 years later she is the Chief Justice for all the courts of Michigan. They talk over the multitude of issues around making our justice system function justly and efficiently.
