Brightburn is a horror film that wonders what would happen if Superman was evil. In this film, apparent human infant “Brandon Breyer” crash lands on the farm property of a married couple named Kyle and Tori Breyer. The couple can’t have children of their own, and so they raise this mysterious baby as their own. Once young Brandon reaches the age of puberty, he starts acting a little strange, prompting his parents to tell him the truth of how he came to be part of the family.
Not long after this, Brandon realizes he has a wide range of superpowers, and begins using them for evil. Things get gory.
