Every local restaurant or café has at least one customer who’s there every day, who everyone knows when they walk in the door, someone like the character Norm from the classic show “Cheers”. Thornton’s Hometown Café in downtown St. Joseph has such a customer, and on Friday, the staff celebrated a milestone. WSJM’s Jacob Holmes has more.
