Robert E. Youngs Jr, age 76, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at his home. He was born on April 30, 1949 in South Bend, IN to Robert and Jane (Leipert) Youngs Sr.
Bob worked in South Bend as a heavy equipment operator for many years. He married the former Donna McClanahan on September 27, 1997 and celebrated 28 years of marriage. Bob and Donna enjoyed spending the past 17 years boating in St. Joseph and taking their RV to winter in Florida and Texas for 15 years.
Bob is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Amy (Scott) Guitierrez, Bobbilee (Scott) Darnold, and Dustin Cripe; step-children, Brandon Larrison and Amanda Nystrom; grandchildren, Samantha (Steve) Denman, Bradley Cripe, Gabe Nystrom, Aaria Nystrom, James Darnold, and Skyler Youngs; great-granddaughter, Stevie-Jean Denmar and one more on the way; brothers, Kurt (Mary) Youngs and Barry Youngs; and niece, Kim Youngs.
Bob was preceded in death by his son, Ron Youngs, and parents.
