Mary Gregory, 96, of Stevensville, died peacefully, Friday, December 26, 2025, in the presence of her family.
Her life began October 24, 1929 in Three Oaks, Michigan. Second child of two children born to Hazel and Guy McDonald. She married Herbert Flick in 1948 and he passed away March 1953. She married Frederick J. Gregory February 13, 1954 in New Buffalo, Michigan. After fifty-four years together, he preceded her in death.
Mary was the heart of her family and the reason we all gathered. We will always remember our parent’s home being the place where holidays came alive, filled with warmth, laughter, shared meals, and maybe a little mischief from us kids but mostly the feeling that everyone belonged.
Mary will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by daughters, Mary Ann (Mike) Rublein of Fruitport, Pamela (Jeff) Busse of Three Oaks, sons, Rickey Flick of Three Oaks, David (Elizabeth) Flick of New Buffalo, James (Cathy) Gregory of Myrtle Beach SC; eleven grandchildren;Â Sixteen great grandchildren; Nine great-great grandchildren; three sister-in-laws and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Beloved first husband Herbert Flick and Frederick Gregory. Her brother Lyle McDonald.
Family and friends will gather for a graveside service at Lakeside Cemetery. Time to be announced at a later date. Mary will be laid to rest beside her husband in Lakeside Cemetery.
The family prefers contributions in memory of Mary be made to Hospice of Berrien County 4025 Health Park Lane, Saint Joseph, MI 49085.
