Patricia Ann Botka, 65, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025, in Niles, Michigan.
Patty was born on February 20, 1960 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Raymond B. Botka and Dorothy J. (Rybicki) Botka.
Along with her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, David W. Botka.
Patty lived life with joy, curiosity, and a love for adventure. She greatly enjoyed traveling, especially to Puerto Rico, St. Croix in the Virgin Islands, the East Coast, and Florida, where she made countless cherished memories. Whether exploring new places or returning to favorite destinations, Patty found happiness in the journey.
She was a devoted sports fan, proudly cheering for the Bears, Chiefs, and Notre Dame. Patty loved music and attending concerts whenever she could. She also found comfort and creativity in cooking, sharing meals that brought people together. Some of her most peaceful moments were spent along the shores of Lake Michigan and walking beside the Brandywine Creek, places that reflected her love for nature and quiet reflection.
Patty will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, her warmth, and her appreciation for life’s simple and beautiful moments. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In keeping with Patty’s wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
