A new Hot ‘n Now locations has finally opened.
The once thriving fast food chain was all across the Midwest at its peak, with 150 plus restaurants across 15 states. That dwindled down to just one single location until Monday.
Monica King, CEO of Gun Lake Investments, is happy to open up their first new restaurant in decades, along with their trademark value prices.
“Now I have been getting a lot of questions, will there be 39 cent pricing? My response to that is I don’t think you want 39 cent quality,” King said with a laugh. “So we’re not going to be that low, but I think folks that have gotten a sneak preview have been pleasantly surprised at where we’re at.”
The new location is across from the Gunn Lake Casino Resort in Wayland between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. The other Hot ‘n Now is in Sturgis.
