Robin G. True, 56, moved on from this world on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in Niles, Michigan.
Robin was born on May 3, 1969 in Niles, Michigan to the late William Edward True and Patricia Ann (Murphy) Duty.
Robin was also preceded in death by her siblings, Sherri Wogatzke, Tracy Bowker and William (Billy) True and by a Brother-in-law William Wayde Bowker, niece Amanda (Mandy) Johnson and a step brother Steve Mahar.
Left to cherish the memory of Robin are her daughters, Jennifer Hartline-Morehouse and her husband Adam, their children; Aria, Wayne, and Faye. Her youngest daughter Jade True and her partner Wang Chang. A sister Melanie Sanford and family; husband Les and children Kristen, Bobby, Noah, Sky, Patrick. Her sister-in-law, Kellie True and her children Abbie and Will. Step mother Carol True and step siblings Eddie (Dawn) Mahar, Andy (Chrissy)Mahar, and Mike (Jennifer) Mahar. Along with her other nieces and nephews, Amy, Fred, and Barry, who always had a special place in her heart. She also leaves behind a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Robin was a die-hard Metallica fan and her love for music was matched only by her passion for animals, especially her cherished dog, Oreo. Her free-spirited nature and fearlessness are what she will be most remembered for. A fierce protector of those she loved. Her spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew her. An appreciation for tattoo art reflected her individuality and creativity, showcasing her commitment to self-expression. Robin’s adventurous spirit left a mark on everyone she encountered.
In keeping with Robin’s wishes, she will be laid to rest privately at Sumnerville Cemetery.
