The next engagement of the South Haven Speaker Series will explore what’s going on with the economy.
The series says Dr. Marci Rossell-McCarthy will visit on Thursday, October 16 and tackle topics like inflation, interest rates, and even the cost of bread and butter.
Rossell-McCarthy is a former Chief Economist for CNBC and co-host of Squawk Box. She’s known for breaking down complex topics in a way everyone can understand. Her talk will take place at Lake Michigan College’s South Haven campus. Refreshments start at 6:30, with the program at 7.
Rossell-McCarthy will discuss how Washington’s policies, inflation, and global trade shifts are shaping the economy, and how AI and other disruptors are shaking up business.
