Evelyn was born on April 7, 1927, to Ludwig & Flora (Sonnenberg) Schwark in Greenwald, Manitoba, Canada. In 1945, She graduated from Benton Harbor High School. Evelyn then started working for Burch Printers. for more than 45 years before retirement. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Glendora.
Evelyn was very talented seamstress and also liked crocheting, and knitting. She also enjoyed baking, line dancing and Polka.
Evelyn is survived by her son Michael (Rita) Jones of Buchanan, grandson, Eric Jones of Buchanan and Michael (Jennifer) Jones of Galien; and great-grandson Benjamin.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Molly Ogden, Lillian Warmbein, and Gustaf Schwark.
