Thomas Cleland, 76, of Niles, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 16, 2022.
Tom was born on August 17, 1945, to the late George and Loretta (Healy) Cleland in Berwyn, Illinois.
After graduating from high school, Tom went on to trade school to become a welder; a career he continued until his retirement. On May 8, 1971, he wed Cheryl Hickman at a ceremony in Argo, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tom is survived by his wife, Cheryl Cleland; children, Scott Cleland and Victoria Klimek; and many extended family members and close friends.
In keeping with Tom’s wishes, he will be cremated and his family will be remembering him privately.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Niles.
