Three suspects are facing charges after the Cass County Sheriff’s Department searched a home in Calvin Township on Tuesday.
The department says deputies responded to the 1,800 block of Brownville Street on a report of an assault. They say while arresting the assault suspect, they found methamphetamine. A warrant was then secured and more meth was found in the subsequent search.
A 59-year-old woman was arrested and is being charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house, a 28-year-old man was arrested and is being charged with felonious assault and possession of meth, and a 21-year-old woman was arrested and is being charged with possession of meth.
The names of the suspects haven’t been released.
Police ask anyone with information on the case to contact them.
