More than $20,000 in stolen property has been recovered by the Cass County Sheriff’s Department and returned to its rightful owners.
The department says deputies executed a search warrant at an address on US-12 in Edwardsburg on December 12th as part of an investigation. They were following up on a tip and found the property that had been stolen in Mason and Jefferson townships.
The Ontwa Township-Edwardsburg Police Department and the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team assisted the sheriff’s office in the investigation.
