We’re learning more about the human and sex trafficking bust made by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday.

A settlement has been reached in a long running lawsuit between the office of the Berrien County Drain Commissioner and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.

The Berrien County Board of Commissioners is no longer considering a resolution asking the Michigan Department of Transportation to change its plan for the reconstruction of Main Street in St. Joseph in 2027.
