Terry Clark Johnson, 67, of Hartford passed away after a year-long illness on Sept. 29, 2025, at the Corewell Health Merlin & Carolyn Hanson Hospice Center, Stevensville.
Terry was born March 16, 1958, at Memorial Hospital, Benton Harbor, to Donna Jean (Drake) Johnson and Theodore Clark Johnson.
Terry had a very natural artistic ability to draw anything. He had a love of everything having to do with motorcycles.
Terry was employed for many years by Smith Concrete Cutting Company.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; the mother of his children, Mary Bassett; his baby girl, Chirstina Ann Johnson and his wife Debbie (Bunn) Johnson.
Terry is survived by his daughter Lena Nicole Johnson and son, James E.C. Johnson of Hartford; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Terry is survived by three stepchildren from his marriage to Debbie; his sister, Sally Lyn (Eric) Germinder, along with his nephews Ryne, Cody and Cory Germinder.
A luncheon and celebration of life for family and friends will be from 2-5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 11 at Word of Life Faith Center, 350 S. Paw Paw St., Lawrence. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Terry Clark Johnson to Hanson Hospice Center, Stevensville. Cremation has taken place at this time.
