The Michigan Maritime Museum in South Haven is planning a special preview of its next performance, “Dan Seavey: Confessions of a Great Lakes Pirate,” on Friday, October 10.
The museum says the one-man show, written and performed by Tom Kastle, tells the true story of Dan Seavey, the notorious pirate of the inland seas. Kastle, a veteran tall ship sailor and former captain of the museum’s own Friends Good Will, will blend humor and history to bring Seavey’s life to the stage.
The presentation on October 10 will be at 6 p.m. and tickets will be $10 for the public and $5 for museum members.
