Carole’s formative years were spent in New Buffalo on the family farm, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures and the beauty of nature. Her journey through life was shared with her devoted husband, Raymond Bronicki, who has been her steadfast companion. Together, they raised a family, enduring the loss of their son, Thomas Bronicki, and finding joy and pride in their son Douglas (Stephanie) Bronicki.
Carole’s legacy of love continues to flourish through her two grandchildren, Douglas (Jessica) Bronicki Jr. and Meghan (John Lester) Bronicki, and one great-grandchild, Leighton, each a precious thread in the family tapestry she so adored.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Margie Zack, Mary Lou Utley, and Carl Hoder.

She dedicated over four decades to the Berrien County Youth Fair, where her efforts nurtured the growth and development of countless young lives. As a member of the Four Flags Garden Club, Carole’s green thumb brought beauty to her community and neighborhood.
Her creative spirit found an outlet in sewing and needlepoint which she approached with the same precision and care that characterized all her endeavors. Carole’s love for archery and her passion for horses were not just hobbies but integral parts of her identity, reflecting her adventurous spirit and connection with nature.
