SHOUT for South Haven looking for volunteers to plant flowers

Volunteers are being sought to help plant flowers along Dyckman Bridge in South Haven for the summer.

SHOUT for South Haven places flowers in planters along the bridge every year. As always, it says it could use help from the community.

The dirt will be ready to be placed in the planters at 3 p.m. on May 27, and the flowers will be ready for planting the next day, May 28 at 10 a.m.

SHOUT says it always has an incredible group of SHOUT and Rotary volunteers that can’t wait to get their hands dirty and admire their work all summer long. The group says volunteering is a great way to meet new people, catch up with old friends, and beautify the town.

Anyone who wants to help out on either day should contact SHOUT for South Haven. The email address is bmetzen230@gmail.com.
