Dahyabhai S. Patel, 73, of St. Joseph, passed away, Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at his home.
Funeral Services will be held 9:00 A.M. Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Friends may visit with the family following the service beginning at 10 A.M. Dahyabhai was born April 5, 1952 in Salal, India to Sankalchand & Maniben Patel. On May 21, 1972 he married Savitaben Patel in India. He earned his living as a farmer in India and after retirement in 2016, he moved to St. Joseph to be close to his son and daughter.
Dahyabhai is survived by his wife Savitaben; his children-Niruben (Sureshkumar) Patel of India, Kalpanaben (Sawlaram) Choudhary & Kalpeshkumar Patel, both of St. Joseph; five grandchildren-Harshil, Prisha, Devarsh, Dev & Shreya; three brothers & one sister in India; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded by his parents in India.
