Janet was born August 1, 1952 in Carter County, Kentucky to Earl and Vicie (Bryant) Brown.  She was a Certified Nurses Assistant for 17 years at Bronson Commons in Mattawan, retiring in 2021.

Janet was caring and sympathetic, always went above and beyond to care for her residents.  In her final months, the same care facility she worked at, was able to care for her. To Janet, family time was her hobby.  She didn’t take a lot of time for herself.  She was crafty, artistic and everyone truly loved her laugh and heart of gold.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Brown.
