The driver of a semi that was involved in a 17-vehicle pileup on I-94 during last week’s winter storm has died.
Michigan State Police say the 71-year-old Burbank, Illinois man succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, December 3 at a hospital in Grand Rapids.
The crash was the previous day on I-94 in Hartford Township. It shut down the highway for several hours.
