The Benton Township Police Department reports a fatal car accident happened Sunday night on South Crystal Avenue.
Police report they were called to S. Crystal Avenue, just north of East Napier Avenue, for a report of a vehicle that had gone off the road, into the ravine, and rolled over several times.
When police arrived, officers located three individuals, a 46-year old man, a 46-year-old woman, and an 11-year old boy. The two males were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Officers report the female was pronounced dead at the scene.
