In just a few weeks, the kids will be heading back to school. How much will we be spending? C Net money editor Daisha Milden says plenty.
“Based on our survey, U.S. adults are planning to spend or have already shopped for back-to-school and plan to spend about an average of $662,” Milden said. “So, that’s a whopping number when thinking about school supplies and all the things that have to be gotten for kids and students to go back to school.”
Milden says a lot of people are buying technology items.
While some are budgeting for back to school, she says many pay over time on a credit card. She says you can save money by comparing prices and buying refurbished tech items.
