Lions fans all over the state are making plans to watch Sunday’s NFC championship game.
Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell addressed the media this week at their practice facility. He says the top-seed 49ers are a great challenge, but his team will be prepared.
“This will be an outstanding test for us, but it’s one we’re ready for,” Campbell said. “We’re ready for it. So, we’re built to handle this, and this will be an outstanding game. Out on the road, our guys will be ready to roll.”
Meanwhile, bars and restaurants all over the state are reporting well above average sales. The Anderson Economic Group estimates the last home divisional game made the metro-Detroit more than $50 million.
