Brittany Lynn Howard, 28, of Decatur, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 23, 2023.
She was born June 5, 1995, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Wayne Howard and Susan (Prevatte) Howard.
What Brittany enjoyed most were children and animals. Her fierce love for animals led her to volunteer for the SPCA. Her huge heart also brought her to help with children. She loved helping to raise her late fiancée’s daughter, Jaydin Meisner. Brittany grew up in Parchment and was a 2013 graduate of Parchment High School.
Surviving Brittany are her parents, Susan (Jack) Howard and Wayne (Linda) Howard, her two brothers, Michael (Tyler) Prevatte and Christopher Prevatte; twin sister, Tiffany (Bailey) Kline; brother, Wayne Cutler; sister, Chandra Tolson: her late fiancée’s daughter, Jaydin Meisner; nephew, Tobias “Toby” and her niece, Nichole.
Brittany was preceded in death by her fiancée, Kurtis Meisner.
Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, December 29, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave., Paw Paw, where a funeral service will commence at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Heflin officiating. Burial will follow at Harrison Cemetery, Decatur.
