The Allegan County Health Department will be releasing the 2023 Allegan County Community Health Survey in mid-October.
In partnership with Polco, the department says the survey will first be available to randomly selected residents, who will get a mailed invitation. Soon after, all residents can complete the survey by visiting the health department’s website.
The Allegan County Health Department worked with the Community Health Improvement Plan Steering Committee and the Multi-Agency Collaborative Council when developing the survey. That was to make sure that the data collected would provide proper insight on health topics within the community.
Allegan County residents are asked to keep an eye on their mailboxes as October arrives and to take the survey to help the county health department better serve them.
