Adam Preston Lingle, 49,born Nov. 18, 1973 in Niles, Michigan left us too soon on July 3, 2023 at his home in Galien, Mich. Known for his dry sense of humor and quick wit he had an uncanny ability to turn ordinary moments into memorable ones.
Adam was a passionate Red Wings hockey and Michigan football fan. He also enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. He daily checked on the chickens, his girls, as he collected their eggs on his small farm. He greatly enjoyed the comradery with friends at RC’ing, remote control car racing.
He is survived by his sons, Kegan and Kaleb Lingle, whom he adored; and his beloved fiancée, Melissa Walkowiak; his parents, Ron (Linda) Lingle of Appleton, Wis. And Joyce (Lawrence) Green of Three Oaks, Mich. He will be warmly missed by his brother, Tom (Amy) Lingle of Niles, Mich; and his nephew, Tj Lingle, will miss his uncle’s endearing presence. Adam’s life was further enriched by his bonus daughters, Sydney and Chelsea Cochran and Chase Grott.
Adam is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Lillian Hauch, Lester Lingle, and Margaret Mossman.
