
Global engineering and factory automation solutions provider Eagle Technologies, headquartered in Bridgman, Michigan, has been acquired by Detroit-based Convergix Automation Solutions. Eagle has approximately 300 employees across three locations in southwest Michigan.
A press release from Convergix noted that Eagle’s President Emeritus Mike Koziel will remain in an advisory role, and its President Brandon Fuller will continue in his current leadership role.
In its press release, Convergix also stated:
