Mosaic CCDA in Benton Harbor has set the groundbreaking date for their long-anticipated Transformation Center.
The plan is for the Transformation Center to be exactly that – a center for people to transform their hopes and needs into reality, and their lives into something better. Mosaic CEO Andrew Robinson said bringing already available community resources to a common space at Mosaic will help people overcome personal barriers to success.
“This is a way to bridge that gap to say, ‘Hey, we can work collaboratively together, because we believe that as a village, we can provide more support to the community than we can as individual organizations.'”
The Center will bring together housing, transportation, health care, fresh food, and workforce training services, and entrepreneurs will have a collaboration space where they can partner and grow their business.
The groundbreaking is set for May 4 directly next to the Mosaic headquarters in Benton Harbor.
