Joyce C. Annette Sheldon passed away at the age of 83 on March 23, 2023. Annette was born to Frank and Lucile (Young) Young on April 20, 1939.
On June 25, 1955, she married Wayne Allen Sheldon and they had three children, Carol (Kevin) Woods of Buchanan, Edgar (Tracy) Sheldon of Holland, and Charles (Michelle) Sheldon of New Troy, MI.
Annette dedicated her life to being a homemaker. She filled her days with daily bible devotions, bird watching, painting, crocheting, and in her younger years fishing. Annette is survived by her children, Carol Woods, Edgar (Tracy) Sheldon, and Charles (Michelle) Sheldon; her five grandchildren, Bridgette (Steven) Gearhart, Matthew (Danille) Woods, Stephanie (Jake) Russell, Kori Sheldon, and Theodore Sheldon; 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Annette is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, sister, and two grandchildren.
For any family members that would like to join us in saying goodbye, services will be held at Hoven Funeral Home located in Buchanan, MI on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. The visitation will be held at 11 am – 1 pm with the funeral at 1 pm followed by graveside cemetery at New Troy Cemetery.
