Deacon Tom Larry Autrey

Tom Larry Autrey was born July 14, 1957, to the union of Eula Autrey and Minnie Autrey of Monroeville, Alabama. Larry attended Benton Harbor High School; he worked as a Deacon at Tabernacle Church of God in Christ. Larry loved the church and his Pastor Eld. Rufus Young. Larry also worked and retired from Bonnell Aluminum in Elkhart, Indiana Larry loved his grandchildren and children as well as his siblings.

Dea. Larry was a true worshiper of God and was dedicated to his reading and studying the Word daily. We will greatly miss our brother Larry because he was an encourager to us all and he was a great father and grandfather who always was there when needed.

Larry leaves precious memories to his two daughters: Tina (Calvin)Williams of Fort Wayne, IN, and Kiwana Autrey of Benton Harbor, MI.; two sons: Larry (Whitney)Autrey, Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN, and James(Remona)Jackson of Elkhart, IN; one Goddaughter: Tru Cook of Elkhart IN; four brothers: Eula(Jennie)Autry, Jr., John(Denise)Autrey, Alfonzo(Elaine)Autrey and Ronald Autry of Atlanta, GA; five sisters: Doris Bell of Atlanta, GA; Brenda (Richard)Cohn, Shella(Travis)Terry, Denise(Larry) Jones, and Cherica (Leonard)Wilburn of South Bend, IN

A host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and the Tabernacle church family

Larry was preceded in death by his father and mother Eula and Minnie Autrey, and one brother: Willie Earl Autrey.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, Benton Harbor.
