Elizabeth June (Ivy) Antes, 67 of Decatur, Michigan, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, October 10, 2022.
Elizabeth was born on January 20, 1955 in Nuremberg, Germany. She met and married the love of her life Frank Antes on August 30, 1975 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Elizabeth enjoyed gardening, flowers, camping, and spending time with her family.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 47 years Frank Antes: son Frank Antes Jr., son Jacob Antes (Tiffany), daughter Jessica Ashby (Jeremy), stepdaughter Dana McCaffrey (Scott); brother Hans Ivy (Cindy), sister Barbara Rapert; grandchildren Gavin Ashby, Evan Ashby, Jacob Antes, Cynthia McCaffery, Kimberly McCaffrey, Brandon McCaffrey, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Harry Ivy and James Ivy.
A Memorial Service for Elizabeth will be held at 11:00 am on October 22, 2022 at the Hartford United Methodist Church at 425 E. Main Street in Hartford, Michigan 49057. Arrangements have been entrusted to Purely Cremations, 1997 Meadowbrook Rd., Benton Harbor, MI, 269-926-9440.
