The Niles Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting on Thursday. It says officers were called to the area of North Sixth Street south of Ferry Street shortly after 11 p.m. on a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found evidence of a shooting. Not long after, Spectrum Health Lakeland in Niles reported a shooting victim had been dropped off at the emergency room. The victim was 26-year-old Raquon Glenn of Niles. He was transferred to South Bend Memorial Hospital, where he died. Police ask anyone with information on the shooting to contact them.
