Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh has once again raised his voice on abortion, saying that he and his wife would help raise a baby if a member of their family or the Michigan football team is involved with an unplanned pregnancy. Harbaugh talked about why he keeps speaking up.
“It’s so big that it needs to be talked about. It needs serious conversation. What do you think? What do I think? What do others think? People really think about it and it’s a life or death type of issue, and I respect people’s views. Let’s hear it and discuss it because there is passion on both sides of this issue.”
Harbaugh is expected to speak on abortion again at the upcoming Big Ten football media days in Indianapolis.
