Martzee Roberts

Martzee Danyell Roberts was born February 22, 1984, in Marks, Mississippi to the union of Cathy Roberts and Jimmy Steele.

Martzee departed this life on Saturday, June 18, 2022, in Marshall County Indiana.

Martzee graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 2003 and attended Lansing Community College in Lansing MI.  He worked at Dawson Manufacturing, in Benton Harbor, MI until he departed life. Martzee enjoyed spending time with his family first and foremost.  He also enjoyed listening to the music, cracking jokes, spending time with his kids and planning family activities and events.

He leaves to cherish his memory with Mother Cathy (Temitayo Peter) Abaekere of Atlanta Ga. and Father Jimmy Steele of Chicago, IL, and nine children; Nevaeh Roberts, Martez Roberts of Kalamazoo, MI, Maliah Roberts, Adrain Roberts, Demyah, Roberts, Anthony Roberts, Marriah Roberts, Sariyah Roberts and Melody Roberts all of Benton Harbor, MI. One Brother Deshon (Alexis)Roberts. Special aunts Nancy (Selwyn) Brooks of Atlanta, Ga, Jeral Roberts of Darling, Mississippi. Special cousin/brothers Cordan (Monquie) Darke, and Austin Rice Hodo, all of Atlanta Ga. Uncle: Herny (Ardenia) Roberts, of Saidis, Mississippi, Larry D(Aburey) Roberts of New Bern, North Carolina, and Gary (Charlene) Roberts, of Atlanta, Ga.  Special friend Quincy William of Columbus, Ohio. Host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Martzee was preceded in death by his grandfather, grandmother, multiple uncles, and one aunt.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, Benton Harbor.
