Ada Dell Broyles

Ada Dell Broyles, 77, of Niles, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at home with her family.

She was born in Hughes, Arkansas to parents Anderson Turner and Mary Turner-Dorsey. She married her spouse, Earnest Lee Broyles Sr. in 1962.

Ada is survived by her nine children, Burnette Steinbach (Michael), Irene Broyles Neeley (Alfrone), Earnest Lee Broyles Jr. (Teresa), Clydet Russ (Brian Sr.), Gloria Broyles-Spring (Ronald), Mary Broyles, Vanessa Minor, Daniel Broyles, and Doretta Broyles; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Anderson Turner, JR (Abbie), Bessie Williams (Calvin), Gloria Willis (Mike), Mary Louise Jones (Ken), Leponzia Turner-Smith (John), Elizabeth Hervey (Danny), and Lilton Turner (Alberta).

Ada was preceded in death by her parents, Anderson Turner and Mary Turner-Dorsey; siblings, Moses Murray (Jean), Joann Sadler (Curtis), and Nathaniel Turner; and her husband, Earnest Lee Broyles Sr.

Ada has been a dedicated Jehovah’s Witness since 1970 and was a member of the Niles Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was employed by Riveridge Manor (now Riveridge Manor and Rehabilitation) as a CNA in the whirlpool room. From this employment, it enabled her to purchase her first rose bush that encouraged her joy of growing roses. She also loved crocheting.

There will be a private memorial service, via Zoom due to COVID, for friends and family on February 19, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Please contact the family for service details.
