Larry Jay Fox, Jr., 53, of Niles, MI, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph, MI.
Larry was born May 16, 1968 to Deborah and Larry J. Fox, Sr., in Niles, MI. In August of 1994, he married Tashika Carlton in South Bend, IN. Larry liked playing dominos and darts. Larry did not have a mean bone in his body and never got angry except when his favorite football team, Michigan Wolverines, lost.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Farrah F. Fox; mother, Deborah Fox; ex-wife, Tashika Carlton; grandson, Gavin Taylor, Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dog, Riley.
He is preceded in death by his father, Larry J. Fox, Sr.; grandparents, Mable and William Wortham, Ozylee Fox, and Dessie Cobb.
Family would like to give a special thank you to his cousin, B.J. Murphy, as well as, Dr. Kozuh and staff at the Hematology Oncology Group.
A memorial service for Larry will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Hoven Funeral Home with the time to be determined.
