South Haven Boil Water Advisory Lifted

A boil water advisory that’s been in place in the city of South Haven has ended. the city has released the following:

On January 10, 2022, you were notified of the need to boil all tap water used for drinking and cooking. The South Haven Water & Sewer Authority, in conjunction with the Michigan Environment, Great Lakes & Energy, has determined it is no longer necessary to use bottled water or boil water before drinking or cooking. Appropriate corrective measures have been taken, and follow-up sampling has confirmed no coliform bacteria in the water supply.
