Per Oskar Hagard, 96, of Paw Paw, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at White Oaks Assisted Living in Lawton.
He was born May 15, 1925 in Tistedal, Norway, the son of Joseph and Martha Hagard.
On September 13, 1952, in Oslo, Norway, he married Nanna Elizabeth Stephensen Hagard who preceded in death August 14, 2018.
He is survived by his three daughters, Merete Powers, Toril (Per) Lien and Marianne Abbott; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Per kept active and loved bowling, golfing and woodworking. He especially enjoyed playing cards with special friends. He and Nanna were longtime members of the First Presbyterian Church in Paw Paw where they made many friends.
Cremation will take place. There will be no services at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
