Saturday’s COVID-19 Numbers Show Rise Of 3,431

For Saturday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported 3,431 additional cases of COVID-19. That brings the state to a pandemic total of 844,385. There were 131 additional deaths reported, with 98 from vital records reviews. Michigan has lost 17,742 people to COVID-19.

Berrien County reported 44 additional COVID cases for Saturday, now at a pandemic total of 13,256 with 251 deaths as those rose by two. Van Buren County had 21 additional cases for the day for a total of 6,310 with 103 deaths, an increase of three. Cass County reported 9 new cases for the day for a total of 4,596 with 69 deaths.
