Florence “Bunnie” Bock

Florence “Bunnie” Bock, 87 of Coloma, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Services with Order of the Eastern Star participating will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, Sept. 22 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma where the family will receive friends from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery in Lawrence.  Donations in memory of Bunnie may be made to the Coloma United Methodist Church of which she was a member or Caring Circle Hospice. Bunnie was born December 30, 1932 in Coloma to Norman and Milla (Scott) Bachman, Sr.  She was a Girl Scout Leader and Den Mother in Watervliet for over 10 years, Past Matron of Watervliet Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 232, a life member of the Coloma Order of the Eastern Star, American Chapter 307, and a member of the Coloma FOP, Lodge 147.  Bunnie retired in 1995 from J.C. Penney’s after 18 years of service and was formerly employed part time at Florin Funeral Service.

Bunnie is survived by her children David (Belinda Farnworth) Bock of Sears, Mich., Carole (Wayne) Boughan of Chase, Mich., Lorrie (Brad) Reed of Kentwood, Mich., Deborah (Bruce) Becker of Coloma and Alan (Samantha) Bock of St. Joseph; sister-in-law Carlene Freier of Benton Harbor, and five grandchildren Michelle (Shaun) Harner, Joseph (Jennie) Reed, Dustin (Ashley) Bock, Jessica (Matt) Ensing and Christian (Nikita) Clune. Also surviving are 12 great grandchildren; Jeremy (Heaven Dokey) Becker, Ryan Becker, Ryan (Cody Draper) Hinegardner, McKayla Bock, Alexis Bock, Lucas Harner, Ella Harner, Lauren Ensing, Oliver Reed, Levi Ensing, Elsie Clune and Eli Reed, along with several special nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Raymond in 2010, her brothers Harry, Leo, John, Roy, Norman and Paul.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Duffield & Pastrick Funeral Home, Coloma.
