Robert Ray Gregory, 58, of South Haven, MI passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville, MI. At his request there will not be a visitation or service. Robert was born on May 30, 1960 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Otis and Shirley (Spence) Gregory. He began his career as a master mechanic at an early age learning many of his skills from his father. Most recently he worked for Taylor Rental Equipment Repair. Robert could fix anything. He also enjoyed fishing, playing pool and watching movies on television. Robert’s favorite times were spent with his family – especially his grandchildren. They were his pride and joy.
Robert is survived by his mother, Shirley Gregory of South Haven, MI; daughter, Stephanie (Joshua) Briney of Benton Harbor, MI; grandchildren, Parker Briney and Ronan Briney; brother, John (Lana) Gregory; niece, Brandy Gregory; nephew, Charles Nelson and several beloved former step-children. He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Gregory.
