One man is dead after he was struck by a car in Van Buren County Friday night. South Haven Area Emergency Services tell us it happened around 11:20 p.m. on Blue Star Memorial Highway south of Phoenix Street. The South Haven Police Department responded to the scene. The victim’s name has not been released, and the incident remains under investigation.
