Michigan State Police are investigating a Berrien Township crash that killed a woman Sunday night. Around 6:20, troopers were dispatched to US-31 Hwy, a half mile south of Lake Chapin Road, for a single car crash. Upon their arrival, they spoke with witnesses who said one vehicle traveled off the roadway and flipped multiple times. All five passengers were transported to Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, where an elderly female was pronounced dead due to injuries from the crash.
